We currently ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Any applicable charges will be shown before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct so our courier partner can contact you if needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can track your shipment.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
